Bahrain: Bank ABC announces the appointment of Cherie Teng as
its new Head of Asia and the General Manager for its Singapore branch. She
takes over from Ms. Kaheng Leaw, who previously held this position, and had a
16-year career with Bank ABC.

spanning over 25 years, Cherie has successfully held several senior wholesale
banking roles with world-leading banks. She joins the Bank ABC Group from HSBC
Singapore, where she held the position of MD, Head of Corporate Banking,
Commercial Banking, responsible for a portfolio of over 400 group
relationships. Prior to that, she was with Standard Chartered Bank, where she
started her career as an International Management Trainee and left as MD, Head Global
Corporates, Wholesale Bank.
