Bank ABC Group, based in Bahrain, announces the creation of a regional fund to help mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This fund was created for national and charitable initiatives designed to contain the spread of the virus, ease the financial burden of those most affected and support life-threatening medical workers and volunteers.
This fund will be allocated to the countries of the MENA region and it is in this context that Bank ABC Algeria formalizes a donation to the Algerian Red Crescent in the amount of 13 Million Algerian Dinars.
The Algerian Red Crescent, in accordance with Algerian ministerial directives, will take charge of the allocation of funds to the various programs relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
