​​Believing in its role in serving the local community and communicating with all of its segments, including the local societies that care for tourist sites in Jordan, Bank ABC Jordan continued its support for Dead Sea Friends Association to help achieve its goals and carry out its programs through supporting the mission of “Flag Square” at Dead Sea Corniche.

Within the Bank’s support for this mission, a land lot was allocated, where flagpoles were installed, a ‘Love Jordan’ sign along with a topographic map of the region were displayed and a play area for kids was created. All have the aim of promoting the Dead Sea Region for touristic, environmental, investment, cultural and promotional aspects, shedding the light on one of the most important tourist destinations.

Mr. George Farah Sofia, CEO/General Manager of Bank ABC Jordan, expressed his pleasure for this continued support to the Association, which comes as part of the Bank’s commitment to its social responsibility role incumbent upon it; to support the efforts of such associations and help them in fulfilling their mission to preserve the tourist sites in Jordan. In addition to wide opening new horizons of creativity and productivity for the region’s people and visitors, so as to upgrade the Dead Sea region and promote the internal tourism.
