Bank ABC in Jordan Organizes a Charity Food Parcels Packing Activity in Coordination with Tkiyet Um Ali

Amman, Jordan: In continuation of its active role in fighting poverty and hunger, and its support for voluntary and charity work throughout the Kingdom, Bank ABC in Jordan, in coordination with Tkiyet Um Ali, organized the charity food parcels packing activity with the participation of a group of employees who packed and prepared charity food parcels to be distributed to needy and vulnerable families. The Bank organizes this activity in order to support the programmes of Tkiyet Um Ali aimed at ensuring decent living for needy families and fighting poverty and hunger throughout the Kingdom, by delivering food parcels.

The General Manager of Bank ABC in Jordan, Mr. George Farah Sofia, stated that the Bank always strives to play an active role in serving the local community, and commended the efforts exerted by such organizations and the people in charge of them. Mr. Sofia also stressed that ensuring the involvement of Bank employees in this activity reflects the Bank’s desire to promote the culture of volunteering and encourage employees to serve the local community.
