​​​​​​​Rules & Terms of the “Save & Win” Raffle – Bank ABC – 2,000,000 DZD Cheque alburaq

​Preamble

As part of a promotional campaign, Bank ABC Spa, located at 38 Boulevard des Frères Bouadou, Bir Mourad Raïs, Algiers, is organizing a prize draw (raffle) under the slogan “Save & Win” (“Épargnez & Gagnez”), which will run from January 19, 2026 (launch date) to December 31, 2026 (closing date).

Article 01: Conditions of participation

Participation in the “Save & Win” raffle is open to any alburaq Bank ABC customer holding an alburaq Investment Saving Account Moudaraba opened before 12/31/2026.

Article 02: Exclusion

All employees of the following entity are excluded from the game:
- Bank ABC Spa
In the event of any violation of this article, Bank ABC Spa reserves the right to cancel the draw and award the prize to another winner selected by a new draw.

Article 03: Participation and Game Principle

The principle of the game consists of funding the alburaq Investment Saving Account Moudaraba account with a minimum amount of 50,000.00 DZD (Fifty thousand Algerian dinars and 00 cents) during the subscription period (from 01/19/2026 to 12/31/2026) as new cash (fresh deposit) in one of the Bank ABC branches. The customer must maintain this minimum balance until the date of the draw.

Participation in the raffle is conditional upon a minimum deposit of 50,000 DZD.
This deposit entitles the participant to one (1) participation only during the current month.

In other words, the participant must fund the account and maintain this balance until the date of the draw to be eligible for the gift.
The list of all customers meeting the above condition is submitted to the court bailiff for verification before the draw.

Unless unforeseen circumstances arise, the draw dates are as follows:

If any dates change, the public will be informed.

Article 04: Prize

The prize is a cash amount of 2,000,000.00 DZD for each draw.

Article 05: Liability of Bank ABC Spa

Bank ABC Spa declines all responsibility for any harmful events, direct or indirect damages, immediate or future, whatever their nature and the circumstances in which they occur, resulting from participation and/or the awarding of the prize under the “Save & Win” raffle.

It is established that Bank ABC Spa provides no warranty of any kind regarding the awarded prize. It is also established that it is not responsible in any way for the use of said prize, or for any event of any nature, directly or indirectly related to such use.

Article 06: Validity of participation

Opening an alburaq Investment Saving Account Moudaraba with Bank ABC and funding it with the predefined amount entitles the customer to one entry during the current month, one draw ticket and the possibility to win the cheque.

The customer must fund the account again if they wish to participate in another draw.

The validity of participation is included between the account opening date and 31/12/2025, subject to the condition defined above.

Article 07: Winner notification

The winner will be informed of their prize by phone in the presence of the bailiff (judicial officer).

Each winner will be contacted three (03) times by phone in the presence of the bailiff. If the winner cannot be reached, the Bank will automatically move to the first alternate winner, and so on.

By participating in the game, the winner accepts and irrevocably authorizes Bank ABC Spa, from now on, to use—without any remuneration or restriction—their name, image, and identity for advertising purposes in favor of the Bank ABC brand, and consequently agrees willingly to all sessions required for preparing different advertising materials (photos, press publications, social media) (Annex 01).

Article 08: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this game implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and principles of these rules.

Except in cases of force majeure, Bank ABC reserves the right to suspend, extend, postpone, shorten, modify, or cancel the game governed by these rules, without prior notice.

Participants may not hold Bank ABC Spa liable for any damage of any nature that may result directly or indirectly from their participation.

Article 09: Determination of winners and prize handover

The bailiff shall ensure the legality and compliance of the draw.

The draw may be manual or digital.

The prize awarding operation will take place at the bank or any other location determined by the Bank, in the presence of a Bank representative.

The prize will be received by the winner in person, or by presenting an official power-of-attorney document. In the case of a minor, the prize is handed over to their legal guardian.

As part of this campaign, multiple prizes won in the same year are not allowed. In such case, the Bank will conduct another draw to designate another winner.

Article 10: Time limit to claim the prize and impediment cases

After the draw, the winner will have a period of fifteen (15) days to collect the prize, starting from the day of the phone call or from the publication of the winner’s name on the Bank’s social media accounts.

After this period, the winner forfeits the prize, and Bank ABC Spa reserves the right to dispose of it or reassign it according to the planned procedures.

The prize is accepted by the winner as described, with no possibility of substitution, modification, or exchange.

Article 11: Renunciation

The winner may renounce the prize or transfer it to a third party of their choice.

The third party must meet and accept the conditions of these rules.

Article 12: Filing of the rules

These rules have been filed with the bailiff Maître Boudina Hadjira, located at:
Cité 384 LOGEMENT, Bt 22, No. 03, Said Hamdine, Bir Mourad Raïs, Wilaya of Algiers. ​

Article 13: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by Algerian law.

Failing an amicable settlement, the Bir Mourad Raïs Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these rules.
