Amman, Jordan: Bank ABC in Jordan has extended its support to the Children’s Museum through the “Our Museum for All” initiative, which aims to make interactive education accessible to all children across the Kingdom and to promote equal opportunities in reaching innovative learning experiences. This initiative is considered one of the Museum’s most prominent annual community programs, as it encompasses a range of free activities directed toward underprivileged groups, contributing to spreading knowledge, developing skills, and empowering children to learn through play and discovery.
The initiative includes six main programs: visits for public school students, visits for UNRWA school students, visits for charitable organizations and orphan care centers, open days for underprivileged families, in addition to the Mobile Children’s Museum, which tours the Kingdom’s governorates to offer educational experiences to children outside the capital, and the “Science Everywhere” program, which provides interactive scientific activities in the governorates to foster scientific curiosity and promote knowledge. The Bank’s support helped enable thousands of children to benefit from these high quality programs free of charge.
In this context, Mr. George Farah Sofia, General Manager of Bank ABC in Jordan, said:
“Supporting education is an investment in the future, and we are pleased to be part of an initiative that makes a real difference in children’s lives. We believe that making knowledge accessible to every child is a societal duty and a necessary partnership between the private sector and educational institutions. We will continue to support initiatives that contribute to building an aware, empowered, and creative generation.”
The Bank’s support for the Children’s Museum comes as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy, which focuses on supporting education, empowering children and youth, and strengthening the role of institutions that contribute to community development.
