Amman, Jordan: Bank ABC in Jordan has renewed the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Princess Alia Foundation and the Ministry of Education, under the sponsorship of the Association of Banks in Jordan. The initiative aims to support public schools while simultaneously preserving the environment through the "Green Prints Initiative for Paper Recycling," where paper is recycled and replaced with new paper.

In line with social responsibility, the bank expressed its desire to participate in the initiative and contribute to supporting public schools by granting the Princess Alia Foundation all returns from the replacement of damaged paper. The bank replaces the damaged paper with A4-sized paper reams, which the foundation distributes to the directorates of education under the Ministry of Education. Consequently, the foundation distributes them to needy public schools in the kingdom free of charge.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Mr. George Farah Sofia, the General Manager of Bank ABC in Jordan, Her Highness Princess Alia bint Al Hussein, the Executive Director of the Princess Alia Foundation, and the Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Education. This memorandum was signed under the sponsorship of the Association of Banks in Jordan, represented by the Chairman of the Association's Board of Directors.
